BioCision Tenant Improvement Project

BioCision is a global high-tech manufacturing company that develops innovative bench-top solutions for cooling, freezing, and cryopreservation of biomedical samples. The company’s recent growth created a need for larger office and warehouse distribution space, so the leadership employed the design-build collaboration between the Design Partnership and Jesse Ososki Builders to expand and renovate the existing light-industrial building into new headquarters for the company. Working with the building’s current features, we were able to establish a new and fresh identity for the company. A warehouse was also upgraded.
