Will comes to The Design Partnership from the VA after 30 years of experience as Project Manager and Owners Rep. He was awarded Commendations by the VA Palo Alto Health Care System and named the Department of Veterans Affairs Staff Engineer of the Year. Will has planned and managed master plans, replacement hospitals, clinics, hospital departments and research facilities. Will is excellent at writing project plans, reports, and documentation; scheduling; reviewing proposals; preparing budgets; and controlling expenses. He is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and he is excellent at communicating and maintaining positive working relationships. His DP project experience includes the Polytrauma Rehabilitation Center, and the Mental Health Center among others. Will received his architectural degree from Arizona State University.
